• Personalized Guided Mountain Bike Rides 

We build skills while exploring an intentionally chosen trail system. This program is best utilized when you commit to at least 6 consecutive sessions.

• Skill-based Rides

These sessions focus on improving your repertoire and feature specific training for switchbacks, obstacle ridden single-track, cornering, climbing, descending, reading terrain, flow trails, pump courses, endurance, breath and position.

• Weekly or Bi-monthly Fitness Training Rides

Commit to yourself and schedule regular guided rides with me that include coaching, fitness, and expanding your knowledge of the greatest trails in the area.

Mother Earth Rides

Experience the positive effects of intentional cycling as a practice for improved well-being. We start with a meditation and yoga session, explore nature on MTB focusing on recharging, hearing nature, and letting the forest energize.

• Learn to Ride sessions for newbies and returnees

We start where you are and learn the basics of riding a bike. I begin by making sure your bike fit is dialed in, then we practice on grass, bike paths, fire roads and simple trails.

• Bike Shopping Consulting

Get exactly what you want and need

We meet at the shop(s) and I help you discover the perfect fit bike. 

• Wine Tasting Tour

I team up with Calistoga Bike Shop to bring a fleet of electric MTB or analog bikes to your hotel, guide you throughout the region and landing at a winery for tasting and lunch.
